Yves Rogger

Managing Director

Yves Rogger has many years of experience in the real estate industry. He has held executive positions at UTO Real Estate Management and Allreal Generalunternehmung, and previously worked at Wüest Partner as well as at various renowned architectural firms in Switzerland. His expertise includes real estate investment management, project development, and strategic portfolio management with a focus on sustainable ESG strategies. He holds a Master of Science in Architecture from the Università della Svizzera italiana and an Executive MBA from the University of Zurich.

Reto Niedermann

Deputy Managing Director

Reto Niedermann has been CEO of Seraina Invest since April 1, 2022. Prior to that, he served on the Board of Trustees of the Seraina Investment Foundation (SIF) since 2016. In October 2019, he assumed the role of interim CEO for SIF. R. Niedermann has many years of experience in various operational and strategic leadership positions, with a focus on: strategy and sales management, business development, and change management, including advisory and consulting work at international companies such as UBS and others. Furthermore, R. Niedermann has led various projects strategically and across different departments. He holds a Swiss Federal Diploma in Marketing Management and has completed continuing education as a finance and investment expert, as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in Board of Directors.

Ajay Sirohi

Group Chairman

Ajay Sirohi serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Seraina Real Estate AG. He has been CFO and a member of the Executive Board at Steiner AG since 2011. Prior to that, he successfully served as CFO at multinational companies such as GE Infrastructure, United Technologies for Building and Aerospace, ITT, and Goodyear Dunlop. Ajay Sirohi was responsible for investments in real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and retail. He holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of International Business, and a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics.

Dr. Christoph Zaborowski

Vice Chair of the Board of Directors

Christoph Zaborowski is the majority owner and Chairman of the Board of Directors of REFL Invest AG. He is also Chairman of the Board at COL Ltd. (Alpasion Wines & Lodge), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Deal Estate, a member of the Board of Directors of Seraina Real Estate AG, and Chairman of the Investment Committee of the Seraina Investment Foundation. He is also a member of the Real Estate Committee of the Lonza Pension Fund, Chairman of the Investment Committee of FG Wohninvest Deutschland, and an advisor to the FG Wohnen Deutschland Committee. Christoph Zaborowski holds a degree in economics and a Ph.D. in public economics, having studied in Konstanz, Kingston (UK), and Zurich.

Peter Hausberger

Member of the Board of Directors

Peter Hausberger has several years of experience in the real estate industry and in executive management. He served as CFO at SuissePromotion Immobilien in Zug and as CFO of the Wetscher Group in Innsbruck, Austria. Peter Hausberger holds an Executive MBA in Business Engineering from the University of St. Gallen. He also completed a diploma program in Economics & Management at the Management Center Innsbruck.
