The residential project on Hauptstrasse in Aarau is being realized as a new building, as the existing building did not meet the necessary requirements in terms of sound insulation, accessibility and earthquake safety. With the new building, we are focusing on the highest standards in these areas and offering our future residents a modern and safe home. A particular highlight of the project is the spacious inner courtyard, which serves as a meeting zone and offers residents a place to relax and socialize. The result is a harmonious living environment that is both functional and aesthetically pleasing and blends in perfectly with the neighborhood.
